Barrel length 10 cm, year of manufacture before 1919, no valid proof, condition 3-4 numbers match as far as can be seen, rectangular front sight typical of Finnish weapons, original finish with strong traces of use, good barrel from Tikka according to the logo above, matching folding magazine with wooden base without number. Starting around 1920, Finland imported a large number of Parabellum pistols from DWM, the basic model P08, also in 7.65 Parabellum caliber. In 1923 these weapons were officially introduced into the Finnish army, although they had already been used several years earlier. The numbering of the parts is sparse compared to German military pistols. Our weapon is a mixed model, made from a German Heeres-08 that came to Finland after 1918. Collector's weapon without (valid) proof, provided for storage due to its art or collector's value.
