Barrel octagonal on one third of the length, turning into round, inscribed in gold "Karl Hauptmann - Ferlach", stepped rib inscribed in gold "Cal. 7 x 75 R", sling swivel with ring pulled over the barrel and engraved, rounded base with stylized fire shield, manual cocking system, upper lever, manual cocking slide and base masterfully engraved with ornaments, roe deer in the field on the left, red deer on the edge of the forest on the right, chamois on the underside and vignette of a fox on the trigger guard, trigger guard extended to the pistol grip cap engraved with monogram, Walnut stock with German cheek piece, fine chequering, soft rubber recoil pad, forearm with en-suite engraved Deeley latch, horn schnabel tip, German claw mount with scope Swarovski Z6i 2,5 - 15 x 44 P HD, reticle 4Ai, with reticle quick adjustment BTF, mounting ring engraved, in a leather case and additionally with a Hauptmann leather case. Stock with signs of use and scratches, trigger guard superficially rusty in the engraving, screws of the side plates are no longer inserted accurately to the engraving.
