Starting price 54.000 EUR

65.000 EUR

70 cm demibloc barrels made of Böhler Super Blitz, ventilated engine-turned rib, choke 1/2 & full, ejectors, light action, flank lock similar to Woodward, sidelocks with back springs, sear bars, cocking indicator, engraved with large-arched arabesques against a shaded background springing from the mouth of a sphinx, two putti with floral bouquets and arabesques on case back, all signed "Inc. C. Tomasoni" for master engraver Claudio Tomasoni, sliding tang safety, non-switchable pulse controlled single trigger, well grained walnut stock, fine checkering, pistol grip, Pachmayr Decelerator butt plate 38 cm, forearm with Anson push-rod, in manufacturer's leather case with trade label, all accessories and canvas cover, year of manufacture 1976, luxury gun in finest Italian quality, condition 1. This is not only one of the most expensive guns, it is probably the most sophisticated. At Fabbri Manufacture, Italian gunsmiths work their craft in silence as if in a religious establishment. Every detail is thought out, with many being unusual. There is almost nothing more beautiful, noble and valuable in the shotgun field. Famous Fabbri customers include Eric Clapton, former King Juan Carlos and Steven Spielberg. Only 10-12 pieces are delivered per year, and the waiting time is between 4-5 years including engraving.
