74 cm swamped octagonal barrel of twist Damascus, on top gold inlaid with maker „Anton Klein in Wienn“, dovetailed front sight, open sights with 2 additional folding leaves, gold inlaid maker‘s name, gold ribbons inlaid breeches, back-action hammer locks, flat lockplate finely engraved with scallops and inscribed with maker‘s name, laterally flattened dolphin shaped hammer, counter plate and furniture of brass punched and engraved with baroque hunting scenes, huntsmen and dogs, Double set trigger, walnut full stock, brass buttplate 32 cm, patchbox with sliding cover on the right, squared cheekpiece on the left, small carvings on stock, sling swivel and button, walnut ramrod, year of manufacture: presumably from a flintlock gun around 1760 (A. Klein is mentioned as master gunsmith 1753 in Vienna) adapted around 1830, condition II-III.
