60 cm barrels, file-cut rib with open sights, gold ribbon inlaid breech ends, extractor, bright rounded action, dolls head, t-bolt action with long buffalo horn underlever beneath the fore-end, thus with wedge fastener, rebounding back-action hammer locks, signed maker's name, foliate scroll surrounded finely engraved scenes of chamois and red deer on the left, hounds with wild boar and hound with red stag on the right, in the tang a folding apeture sight, double triggers, carved horn finger rest, nicely grained walnut stock, Tirolean cheekpiece, engraved steel buttplate 34 cm, sling swivels (rear one replaced), silver stock oval engraved with "2", 3,2 kg, on trigger guard a gold inlaid monogram beneath a royal crown for Prinzregent Luitpold of Bayern (1821 - 1912), year of manufacture around 1880, bores somewhat pitted in the rifling, restored to condition II-III.
